These resistance band handles are designed to accept a flat loop band.

Internal channel fits up to approximately 75 mm internal circumference, which means it can comfortably handle a folded band up to about 70 mm wide. (Fold then insert)

The grip diameter is 32 mm, about the size of a standard dumbbell handle, making it comfortable and natural to hold.

The handle features a knurled texture for:

• Better grip

• Reduced slipping when sweaty

• More secure control during higher effort sets

Printed upright in PETG and tested for one week(many hours of use) at approximately 40 lb equivalent resistance doing curls with no cracking, flexing, or deformation observed.

• I suggest PETG for strength and durability

• 20% Infill... Something 3D patterned for strength (Gyroid or Cubic)

For heavier bands, increase model size a bit and add a wall or two or consider a stronger material such as nylon.
