Remix of the PCIe support by bosr to fit a low profile PCIe card like the wifi/bluetooth card pictures.

• Reduced width to two slots

• Reduced tolerances for tighter fit of bracket

• Added bracket mounting holes for M3 (5mm depth) inserts

I drilled the top of the top frame, and used M3 inserts there as well to attach the bracket to the frame
