Description
Since I printed a few Wall Mounts for my Lego Sets, I decided to create one for one of my bigger sets Himeji Castle 21060.
Since it has over 2.000 stones, it is quite heavy and large. So I had to split the print into three parts.
The Left and Right Side are connected with three pins, to hold them together while you screw the Mount on the wall.
Since it is so heavy, I created two supports that connect to the rest of the print with H-shaped connectors.
Youll need two pins (Kontaktstift) and four H-Connectors (H-Verbinder).
Im pretty happy with the result and its very solid.
Print Instructions:
I printed them with Sunla PLA+ 2.0 Black with the following parameters:
Layer Height: 0,2 mm
Perimerters: 2
Infill: Gyroid (15%)
Supports: Organic (Only for certain areas, since they sometimes sagged. I added Support Blockers were they were needed)
Brim: None
Limitation:
Since Im still learning how to use a CAD software, I created these modells in prusaslicer and used a ton of negative space modifications. Sadly the slicer wont let me export this as a STL file. So I uploaded it as a 3MF file.
