Kệ Trưng Bày Đầu Toolhead Dạng Modular

I liked the original design by Lucendi but did not like the amount of filament and parts used - more so since this would end up as a display stand. I redesigned from scratch with the same look but with the aim of reducing the number or printed parts, filament and fasteners used. The goals have all been met and more with this design which are:

• Reduced printed parts from 3 to 2

• Reduced filament use from ~60g to about ~24g (ABS, standard Voron print parameters)

• Fits in a 120x120mm build plate (i.e. Voron 0) and in one print job

• Reduced parts list from 10 heatsets and 10 screws to just 5 heatsets and 5 screw

• Modular “head” where different mounting systems could be designed to fit the stand. 

Expect even more filament and time saving if you are printing the "Short" stand option. The only problem with this is that the stand is wobbly from so little material used in the vertical shaft, although this does not bother me since again this will be just be a display stand. There are a few options to choose from:

Stand:

• Tall Stand Option (lifts a regular Voron Stealthburner minus any hotends 4cm from the surface)

• Short Stand Option (lower by 2.5cm vs the Tall stand and slightly less wobbly)

Mounts:

• MGN12H - suitable for Voron 2.4 and Trident style tool heads

  • Requires 4x M3x4x5mm “standard” Voron heat sets

• MGN9H - suitable for Voron 2.2 style tool heads (UNTESTED)

  • No heat sets required due to the thin walls so screws will be screwed in place

• MGN7H - suitable for Voron 0.2 style tool heads (UNTESTED)

  • Requires 4x M2x3x4mm heat sets

The mount interfaces with the stand on a simple 10x18x5.5mm square and is held by a single M3 screw. Feel free to use this as a basis in creating other Mounts or Stand designs an interchangeable system. 

I printed this based on standard Voron printing parameters but I am pretty sure PLA and PETG would work too. Assembly is straight forward per picture below.
