I designed these to replace the popsicle sticks I had been using when rolling out sections of polymer clay for cutting.

Each gauge is 160mm or ~6.25" in length. Long enough for most silk screen sheets. 

I printed my set with a 0.4mm nozzle at a 0.2mm layer height. I reduced the top and bottom layer count to 3 and did a 30% infill on the thicker units. 
 

Set of gauges includes: 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and ¼"
