The Foam Comb - Dụng cụ nhặt đạn Nerf đa năng, đa hướng

The Foam Comb (Fomb) is a simple printable tool for picking up nearly any dart type no matter their orientation! No need to aim, simply stab the ground with the Fomb to pick up darts and use the bucket fork to offload!

The only non-printable materials needed are a ½ x 24 inch wooden dowel and some tape. Use the tape to wrap around the ends of the dowel and friction fit it into the handle and the comb head. 

You will need to print 24 of the bristles out of PETG or ABS with 100% infill. PETG worked the best for me. When inserting the bristles into the head, aim the top “bulge” of the bristles towards the center of the comb head. An example image of optimal bristle orientation is provided below. Pliers may be needed to insert the bristles. The head, handle, and bucket fork can be printed with 3 walls and 10% infill. All standard parts are pre-oriented for printing and do not need supports. 

TLDR:

-Materials needed: ½ x 24 inch wooden dowel, tape, pliers

-Use tape to friction fit dowel into head and handle

-Print 24 bristles with 100% infill PETG/ABS (PETG recommended)

-May need to print bristles with brim to avoid print warp

-Handle, Head, and Bucket Fork printed with at least 3 walls, 10% infill

-Aim top bulge of bristles towards center of head

-No supports needed

-When picking up mixed dart types, go from smallest to largest
