I liked the design and style of the original but I had to make it taller because of the door height above the carpet but even then it slid on the carpet when opening the door.  So I designed spikes underneath that would bury themselves into the carpet pile and resist slipping when trying to open the door.  The spikes are asymmetric so you can slide it under the door while pressing down, but it won't slide back.  The design allows it to be printed without supports - just make sure it's printed as shown in the slicer preview image.

I also added an array of diamond cutouts to add some design "flair" and reduce filament usage.
