This is a mount for a 12mm cross pattern laser to mount to the Creality Falcon 2 40 Watt laser module.  It uses the USB C port on the laser head to power the laser module.

The bracket mounts to the front two screws holes of the laser head.  Simply remove the screws and replace them with 3mm. Screws 8mm long.  The switch is zipped tied to the bracket.  Lastly the Laser module is mounted using a 3mm x 10mm long screw.  NOTE:  I tapped this hole using a 3mm tap prior to mounting the laser.

Part Modification:

This designed required slight modifications to the length of the switch cable and the housing of the laser since I decide to solder the switch directly to the laser.   First I estimated the length of the switch cable.  Since the cable would not fit through the housing, I increased the diameter of the hole for the power leads.  Next I de-soldered the wires from the laser, noting the positive and negative pads,  and resolder it to the switch.
