Description

Prusa CORE One Print Sheet holder

Simple magnetic print sheet holder for your Prusa CORE One. This model uses 6x3mm magnets commonly found in Voron projects.

This model fits 3 Prusa print sheets.

Check out the remixes for different magnet sizes and fits!

Required hardware

  • Six 6x3mm magnets minimum. If you're using weaker magnets, like I am, there are extra holes for magnets to help keep it solid. I used 14 magnets in total. You can use fewer N52 magnets.

Print Settings

  • PETG
  • Stock 0.4mm HF nozzle
  • 0.25mm layer height
  • Add a height range modifier to set 0.1mm layer height after 12mm to reduce stair stepping effect
    • To do this, right click on the STL in the slicer and click on Height range modifier
    • On the right side set the start height to 12mm and the end height to 20mm with a 0.1mm layer height
  • A bed adhesive may be required to help keep it from warping

Assembly instructions

  1. Press fit the magnets into the holes. Glue is optional. The magnets should fit in very tightly
  2. If your magnets are undersized, you may need an adhesive like CA glue.
  3. Install in the left compartment of your Prusa CORE One

Update 2025-03-07: Updated STL and STEP to have more consistent holes and added models with looser hole tolerances
