Since I often use heavier filament packs that don't fit on the enclosure's internal holder and I also repeatedly had a damaged coil edge, I decided to make this simple universal holder.

A 64 cm long aluminum or steel tube OD = 12 mm and ID = 9 - 10 mm is needed. 3M screws 2 x 30 mm and 7 x 10 mm or longer and 9 x hexagonal nut. PPTFE tube 2.5x4x650 mm and 2.5x4x150 mm.

I printed all parts with standard parameters for PETG with a layer height of 0.2 mm, only for the axis holder I set 4 perimeters.

When installing PTFE tubes, proceed as follows: first push the tube into the main part and then fix it with a counter part.

Can be used without modifications for spools (up to 5 kg) with a width of up to approx. 105 mm.

It has not been tested together with MMU.
