PLA can have similar bounce to an actual golf ball if done at 85% with 2mm thick walls. It also works with other hard plastics. PLA  is not the best for it but depending on the filament it will change between 70 to 90 percent. I've noticed that poly carbonate is one of the best for functionality. When printing with TPU it is a nice practice ball. Tpu need more supports to get a nice finish. I would advise highest quality settings
