XO stud for for the Giant Lego Wreath (No Supports Needed!). I printed this with 0.4 nozzle at 0.20 layer height. At 100% scale the tube fits inside my leafs printed at 150% scale. The inside diameter of the tube is 18.596 mm, OD is 20.060 mm per the PrusaSlicer measure tool. For leafs printed at 100% scale this should fit over the stud locations at 100% but I have not tested this and you might need to scale it up just a bit. As an example the ID of the lego flower stud at 100% is 18.824 mm.

Note that the “O” is not flat on the build plate. I got the best finish by printing this with supports and the tube on the build plate as I had trouble removing the interface layer from the “O” when printing the the tube up. Another option might be to sink the model down to make the “O” flat with the build plate, effectively slicing off part of the “X” to avoid supports altogether.
