I designed this trainer to offer as many grip options as was practical.

The two center holes will allow for an 8mm or 9mm rope to be threaded though so that you can add weights to it.

I have hung off of it, but I primarily use it to warm up my fingers before climbing.

Printed in ABS.

25% infill.

No supports needed.
