Excellent LCD holder for Mellow FLY LCD 5inch made by @Psych0h3ad
remixed for my version of the lcd with controller board buttons deeper into the holder than original.

Assembly:
- (4x) M3 inserts (3x4.6x5.7 - up to 7mm deep)
