Packout divider, m18 oscillating tool

This divides and holds the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Oscillating tool model 2836-20 in a Packout Compact organizer.

Designer with print in place springs to hold various size cutters on bottom half and sandpaper with mount in top half.

Added second version that makes top larger to hold either sandpaper or a battery.
