This clip on storage rack snaps onto 20mm x 40mm aluminum extrusion. The front face features 7 rows of 4 holes for all of the common nozzle sizes to keep them in reach. The right side from bottom to top has a place for a nozzle Wrench, tweezers and, side cutters. The left side features bottom to top has scraper holder peg, 6x micro SD card slots and, USB drive/micro SD card adaptor storage. Small protrusions on the inside profile of the channel lock into place on the sides of your extrusion.
Printed with a .3mm nozzle at a .2mm layer height. I added an 8mm brim to keep things stable during printing.
When installing try to push it on as even as possible, it is a snug fit and installing it crooked could cause cracking in the sharp internal corners. Also when installing put it as low as possible to make getting the side cutters in and out easier.
I included .ipt (autodesk inventor) and .f3d (fusion 360) file types to allow easy user customization if you wish to make any changes or add any features.
I initially had a much simpler version of this I downloaded from thingiverse and wanted to rethink it and add a ton of features over what I started with.
