(No Supports) Quest 3 - Quest 2 Head Strap Adapter

I printed the original but it didn't fit due to difficulty supporting the part without the supports fusing. PETG is necessary for this model and doesn't work well with supports so I decided to make a design that didn't need supports. By adding some ribs to the underside of the quest 3 interface, the bridging distance is much lower for most of the surface and this reduces the amount of droop inside to remove the need for any supports. The overhang on the quest 2 interface is supported by a tapering extrusion as well. The bridges are 0.2 mm thick so aim for a layer height around this. I printed with 4 perimeters and 0% support infill using a 0.4 mm nozzle. Print in PETG as suggested or use pla but warm it until it is soft before attaching it. Images from @Jort_196048
