Dummy 13 (Beta) On Runners (Easier to print)

I was interested in printing the Dummy 13 but found that without the runners found on the Easy/Mini I had a hard time getting the parts to stick. I realize that the parts are “Beta” and @soozafone plans to make runners eventually but I thought these may be useful to other people like me struggling with this print.
