Voron 2.4 - Touch screen/Waveshare mount 4.3" - with hinge

This is a hinged touch screen mount for the Voron 2.4. It is designed around a cheap Waveshare 4,3” Screen (), but even cheaper ones with the same dimensions should work as well.

The existing displays either dont hinge or dont fit the existing skirt design. So I made my own in Fusion360.

-> Drop in replacement for the old screen with nob (same width).

• 4.3 inch DSI Display (I used this:
• 15 pin ribbon cable (to reach the Pi)
• 2x M5 heat set inserts (to connect the brackets with the sliders)
• 4x M3 heat set inserts
• 6x M2 heat set inserts
• 2x M3x15 screw
• 2x M2x8 screw
• 4x M2x16 screw
• 4x mounting screws that come with the display
• 117 mm of 1.75 mm Filament (as the hinge)
