Grundig radio door support stop

This is a replacement door stop for a Grundig console radio. This supports the fold down door rod. Note this is just the inner part you need to reuse the outer “ring” and mounting screws.

Recommended print materteral and settings:

PETG, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 50% infill gyroid pattern, no supports

Print cylinder vertical with the wide end down.

Post processing you may need to run a drill though the hole just to clean up the overhang so the rod slides free. Also the top surface may need some trimming if the printer leaves behind any buggers. I have not tried the new “ironing” feature yet but this may be ideal to avoid the artifacts on the top surface.
