BRUDER Palette / Pallet (Euro Pallet 1/16 cho đồ chơi Bruder)

Một mẫu Euro pallet đúng tỷ lệ 1/16 dành cho đồ chơi Bruder.

Bạn sẽ tìm thấy 1 model pallet và 1 model thùng (box) vừa khít để đặt lên pallet.

Bạn có thể dán (glue) thùng vào pallet hoặc chỉ cần đặt lên trên. Thiết kế cũng đã tính để có thể xếp chồng (stackable). Riêng phần thùng, cần lưu ý đặt đúng chiều lên pallet. Ở phía trên có hình minh hoạ cho thấy sự khác nhau.

Pallet cần in kèm support, còn thùng có thể in không cần support. Nếu thùng bị lỗi bám dính (adhesion) thì bạn có thể in kèm brim.

Cả hai được in bằng PLA trên Prusa MK4S ở chế độ 0,2mm structural.

Các model đã được căn đúng trục Z sẵn để in. Ngoài ra trong phần tải xuống còn có G-code và project của slicer kèm các thiết lập đã dùng.

A model of a Euro pallet in 1/16 scale for the Bruder toys.

You will find a model of a pallet and a model of a box that fits on the pallet.

You can glue the box to the pallet or just put it on top. The whole thing is also designed so that it is stackable. With the box you have to make sure that it is placed on the pallet the right way round. You can find a picture above that shows the differences.

You have to print the pallet with support material, the box can be printed without support material. If you have adhesion problems with the box, you can print with a brim.

Both were printed from PLA on a Prusa MK4S in 0.2mm structural mode.

The models are already correctly aligned in Z for printing. You can also find the G-codes and the slicer projects with the settings used in the downloads.
