WARNING! the over discharge protection circuitry for Dewalt is in the tool not the battery.  Be aware that with original Dewalt batteries there is no protection from damage to your battery from over discharge when using this adapter.  Many aftermarket batteries use a generic BMS, so they do have protection.  Test before you trust them though.

I remixed this model so that it is in one piece and prints standing on end, No supports needed.  I reduced the length and added some grip.  There is less support for the wire connectors than the original, but plenty of room to add glue still.
