It took very long to design this heart using a graphic calculator, but the result was worth it. There are of course lots of simpler mathematically defined heart shapes, but you likely won't find any as interesting as this one. The formula of this shape is 1≥x²+y²2^x+2.7z²+0.2(|y|+0.015)^x for x, y and z from -1 to 1.

Math Models are graphs of mathematical relations that you can 3D print to bring them from the world of mathematics into real space, getting cool decorations. You can also download the stl files and use these models as part of your own 3D model.

A total of 8 models came out over the course of 7 weeks, with the first two models having come out both during the first week. Every Wednesday from June 3. until July 8. and on Thursday July 16. a new Math Model was released.

The bgcode file is for printing the model out of PLA.
