Print this with the base flat on the build plate. No supports needed. The body of the mag block will print at an angle which is not a problem. Use whatever material you think will stand up to the temperatures your PCC will see in use. 

The block on the right side in the photos is the original version. 

This mag block satisfies the requirements for Steel Challenge matches I've been to, the bolt will close against it. Check the rules of whatever organization you're competing in to make sure they do not require the chamber to be filled.
