MG Midget 1500 - Bộ Vỏ Chứa Bộ Điều Nhiệt (Thermostat Housing)

I've copied the thermostat housing off on my 1978 MG Midget, since these seem to be hard to come by these days.

I would use a service like Craftcloud in order to get it SLM printed out of aluminum.

The fill hole in the top is 0.748"Ø, so it can be tapped with a Ø1/2" BSPP tap.

For the plug I would use 50785K826 from McMaster-Carr. It's a nice brass plug with nylon sealing washer.

The model is in inches.

Note: I've haven't gotten this printed, our of aluminum, so I can't 100% guarantee that it will work, but I did print it with my K2 Plus in ASA to make sure it will fit. I don't see why getting it printed out of aluminum wouldn't work.
