KLIKBOT (Zing) Suction Cup Limb Joint Replacement

This replacement suction cup limb joint is designed for Zing KLIKBOT action figures. It replaces the original connector used on the arms and legs when the factory part becomes damaged, cracked, or broken.

The model is intended as a direct replacement to help restore your figure's articulation and extend its life, rather than replacing the entire toy.

A separate snap-in retaining cap securely holds the suction cup in place, allowing for quick assembly without the need for glue. Simply insert the suction cup, snap the retaining cap into position, and the joint is ready to install.

Print Recommendations

• Material: PETG recommended for durability (PLA also works).

• Layer height: 0.15 mm (0.20 can work too, nut finer layer height helps the click-articualtion)

• Infill: 100% for maximum strength.

Depending on your printer's tolerances, the fit may be slightly tight at first. If necessary, gently work the joint a few times until it moves freely.
