It is scaled down from a geographic area of around 3.057 km x 2.468 km to a 3D printable miniature in the dimensions of 185.0 mm x 150.0 mm. The scale from the geographic area (7.545 sq km) to the miniature is approximately ~16523:1.

Recommended Print Settings:

• The included 3MF files contain two highly specialized print profiles: "miniature-classic" and "miniature-arachne". For optimal results, use "miniature-arachne" (note: expect long slicing times).

• Due to the nature of geographic terrain data, models may contain non-manifold geometry or areas that require support material. This cannot be avoided. Our included print profiles handle these cases well.

• For printers from other manufacturers or other slicers, check our Miniature Printing Guide for recommended settings (especially support settings).

Assembly:

• Gently put the miniature into the frame. Depending on your printer's calibration, that should be enough to hold the miniature.

• If in doubt, use some super glue. For PLA, I use this glue* (thick variant). I experienced best results with glue that contains Ethyl-2-cyanacrylat.

• Hanging Holes: My frames always have a hole pattern divisible by 10 mm - for this miniature's size the "Hanging Hole Distance" results in 70 mm between holes.
