Description:
This is a replacement cooling fan designed for the Ryobi PCL001 portable compressor. The original fan in my unit failed, so this model was created as a direct-fit solution to restore airflow over the motor.

The fan mounts onto the motor shaft inside the compressor housing and helps maintain proper operating temperature during use. It is sized to fit within the limited internal clearance and works with the existing shroud and airflow path.

Compatibility:

• Ryobi PCL001 portable compressor

• May fit similar Ryobi models using the same motor/fan layout (not verified)

Notes:

• Designed based on measurements from a disassembled unit; tolerances are tight

• Ensure proper orientation during installation (airflow direction matters)

• Material: PLA or ABS

• Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mm, border 0.2

• Orientation: Flat on the build plate
