Water tightness:

Due to the viscosity of alcohol I cannot guarantee water tightness. Depending on the print quality the seal is spill resistant not water tight. Do not transport this while it contains any fluids. Place the fluid in a separate sealed container that is not 3D printed. I have had good luck with making this gas tight but this depends on your printer's precision and accuracy and the quality of your TPU.

2 versions of the lid exists.  with and with out the Logo Plate. for simplicity the Logo Plate is optional.

This also has a basin plate (Honeycomb) inside that acts as a decanter for shavings to get trapped in to allow the filter to do less work when the Clean and Renew unit suctions the barbicide cleaning fluid.
in order to fit it inside it is separated into two pieces that just sits at the bottom. This also gives the fluid the illusion of coloration. If you print this with blue filament the cleaning solution will appear blue. No additives needed!

The filter I use is similar filter from what the Braun Clean & Renew uses. You can find this white plastic mesh at the tips of [100 Micron Paint Strainers Paint Filter Paint Cones].  Other suitable alternatives are [50 Micron Paint Nylon Mesh Filter] simply unwrap it flat and use isopropyl alcohol on the filter and slowly peel it off.

This model can also be printed with SLA printing.

Note: 

The seal is very tight. in order to remove the lid you need a spudger with a flat end. Push the spudger from its side into where the lid meets the body and push it in to pop them apart.  Proceed to run the spudger along the seam like you would open a can. 

Materials needed:

• 50 Micron Paint Nylon Mesh Filter  or 100 Micron Paint Strainers Paint Filter Paint Cones
• Super Glue (for gluing the label plate)
• Plastic spudger. (for prying open the lid and securing the gasket)

Barbicide Refill Formulation: (5.7 fl.oz  or 170ml):

•  (148ml) 40% Denatured Alcohol or 50% Isopropyl Alcohol 
• (20 ml) Distilled Water (A few drops)
• (2.0 ml) Lemon Essential Oil
• (0.25 ml) D-Limonene

Printer Settings:

• For TPU gaskets only use 1 perimeter, 0.6 extrusion width, and 5% infill , Shore Hardness matters. softer the better. 80A-95A use thinner walls if too stiff particularly for the TopCap gaskets.
• For BraunTopCap needs 5 Top and 5 bottom layers.
• For the Body and Lid 4 perimeters, 4 Top and Bottom Layers and 15% infill. (100% for increased water tightness)
• Ironing will increase water tightness
