Equalizes the Prusa Mini base (5mm distance between the 30x30 profiles and the electronics box) to mount the printer on solid rubber mat/dampers or any flat surface. Replaces the sticky foam feets.

Can be scaled in x-direction to match your size requirements. Photos showing 60mm and 15mm elements.

Element-Size: 30x60x5mm (outside rails)
Recommended rubber element size: > 30x60x10mm

You need 4 printed spacer/stands and 5 rubber elements - one of the rubber elements has to be put directly under the z-axis/electronics box (don't cover the ventilation holes)

• Layer height: 0.20mm
• Orientation: horizontal
• Material: BASF Ultrafuse PRO1 PLA

Suggested print settings

• Layer height: 0.10-0.20mm
• Orientation: vertical
• Material: PLA/ABS/ASA/PET/PETG

NOTES

The dimensional accuracy is critical for the snap-fits. Depending on your material, scaling might be necessary!
Printing the profile in vertical direction increases the strength of the snap fits - build plate adhension will become critical!
