Description
Introducing the HP Otto Extended Frame Truck Platform.
Included in the uploads is several variations of a pickup truck bed for the HP Otto. There's a small medium and large size with tall or short walls.
Best of all there's a pickup bed with working tailgate!
The frame takes the 2 wheels and a slider transport system from the original and upgrades it to 8 wheels! Since the stock wheels are two big to fit in one Otto bottom module, I've designed a new custom wheel and tire included in the file downloads.
The extended frame features a cable pass-through in the frame so motors or servos can be used in the back section. Anything that fits in a stock Otto bottom section is compatible with the back. The connection for parts on the back section is opposite of the front but uses the stock Otto connection tabs where any female stock part will work on the back section of the frame.
This isn't just a pickup truck though. This is an infinitely re-mixable system. Step files for the small and medium flat plates are included to make creating new variations as easy as possible. With these files you can remix to create additional truck types.
