Description

A fun bearing to print, it teaches how good tolerances and smart design can end up in pieces with moving parts that can be printed at the same time in one model.

This bearing can be used for fun or for (in my case) supporting 5kg rolls on rods.

I scaled it in a way so it can be printed on all printers with minimal breaking-in. If pieces get stuck, scale it larger. At some scale you will print it without an issue. At this scale I printed it successfully on all machines that I tested. Rollers were designed in such a way that they can endure both axial and radial forces, they will not get stuck while under load and some grease will help the bearing last longer.

Settings: no brim, 3 perimeters/walls, infill is your choice. Enjoy :-)

Please download and try it out. Like, commet, critique and post your makes.
