Description

You need: 

USB-C to 12V board (See images)
4Pin Fan Controller (See images)
The Display was a cheap 10x22.5mm voltmeter

The Fan controller can be turned for min-PWM speed, and you can chose to print the knob - but it needs a little pin of sorts, I used scrap - But leaving the hole is sufficient space for getting a screwdriver in.
