Description

My parents have a built-in soap dish in their shower.  I believe it's a Taymor 01-102S (no longer available).  It's a built-in chrome-plated metal piece with a removable plastic soap dish.  For as long as I can remember, the plastic part in my parents' shower was (I think) the wrong piece.  In any case, it was a little bowl that collected water, with no way for it to drain, thus the soap was always turning to mush.

Here's a replacement.  It's a great improvement.  No more mushy soap!

Designed in FreeCAD, printed on a Prusa Mini:

  • Printed Solid Jessie PLA, Khahi

  • 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.15 mm structural profile

  • 3 perimeters

  • 15% cubic infill

This is designed to print at an angle. Supports, mouse-ears, and elephant's foot compensation are all designed-in. You should probably disable automatic elephant's foot compensation in your slicer.
