This is a heavy-duty, rugged transport case designed specifically for standard Whisky Sample Bottles. Whether you are heading to a tasting, a friend's house, or a club meeting, this box ensures your samples arrive safely.

The design is based on the popular "Super Customizable Rugged Box" but has been tailored to fit the most common sample bottle sizes used in the whisky community.

Bottle Compatibility:

This case is designed for bottles with the following dimensions:

• Diameter: Up to 25 mm

• Height: Up to 105 mm (including cap)

• Compartment Size: Each slot is 27 x 27 mm, providing enough space for easy handling or adding a thin layer of protective felt.

• Available in 6-bottle (3x2) and 8-bottle (4x2) configurations.

• Robust Hinge & Latch: Uses M3 screws for maximum durability.

Hardware Needed:

• 6x M3 Bolts (30mm length)

• 6x M3 Nuts (Nyloc recommended)

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA (Standard)

• Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid or Grid).

• Walls: 3 perimeters for strength.

• Supports: None required.

Assembly Tip: For the best protection, I recommend gluing a small piece of 2mm foam or felt to the bottom of each compartment and inside the lid. This will keep the glass bottles perfectly cushioned and silent during transport.
