Use PETG for skeleton as PLA will warp over time.

Use 3-4 walls and 15% infill for armor. 30% for skeleton.

Use lubricant for assembly and connect ball joints by aliening the flat side with socket wall. (Use included image for reference)

 WARNING: the ball joints require a lot of force to assemble, make sure you wont need to separate them later. Avoid pushing ball joints on the Z-axis and push against side of ball where possible. (Use included image for reference)
