Vỏ XY7025S DC Buck Converter (Case cho Board + LCD)

This enclosure was designed for the XY7025S DC buck converter/power supply module, which I purchased from AliExpress. The module does not include a case, making it awkward and unsafe to use as a bare board, so I designed this custom enclosure to properly house the main board and LCD and make it practical for real use. I’m sharing the design so others using this power supply can print a clean, protective case as well.

The enclosure was printed using Fiberon Carbon Fiber ASA for improved strength, heat resistance, and durability. Tree supports were used during printing where needed. Assembly uses standard M3 × 15 mm button head screws, and no heat-set inserts are required — the mounting holes are sized so the screws can be driven directly into the plastic (3 mm holes) for a secure fit. TPU was used for the feet to provide grip and vibration isolation. Use any filament you have in stock.
