The motivation for designing the flat chamber filter door was the recurring failure caused by contact between the plate and the filter door handle.

Upon heating the bed to 115 °C, the build plate repeatedly collided with the protruding handle of the filter door. The collision caused the build plate to tilt, resulting in a gap at the back of the print and layer deformation at the front.

This occurred consistently at a height of approximately 7 cm above the build plate.

The model is uploaded including a modifier for printing without top and bottom layers. Printed in ASA.

A small flat-head screwdriver should be used to open the door.
