Scaled down 5" version of Exit7212's 6"/6.5" rim protector, possibly functionally pointless and mostly intended for stylizing 5uperFlux and MTE hubs.  Untested as of 2/12/26, will be tested upon the 5uperFlux motor's release late Feb/early March
