Bánh răng spur 20T-8T cho Heng Long Tiger I RC Tank 1:24

This is a spur gear for Heng Long Tiger I 1:24 RC tank. On of the original gears just broke in the first week and since there are no replacement parts, I had to design my own replacement.

Print it in tough material like Nylon or ABS. I have printed in PETG and still holds for light play. 

Files with different center shaft tolerance, because on my Bambulab A1 the gear was not fitting on the shaft when printing with 2.1 diameter (shaft diameter is 1.95mm).

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

• Layer height: 0.16 mm
• Perimeters: 8
• Infill: doesn't matter. the perimeters should fill 100%
• Supports: none
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm (0.2 recommended)

I printed it with 8 perimeters, at a layer height of 0.16 with a 0.4mm nozzle.
