Cổ hút hiệu suất cao cho động cơ Fiat 850 trên xe Fiat 600

The engines in the Fiat 850 family of cars were slightly canted. In order to keep the carburetor level, they canted the intake manifold in the opposite direction. The engines in the Fiat 600s were level. Swapping an engine from a Fiat 850 into a Fiat 600 is a popular upgrade, but because of the canted Fiat 850 intake manifold, this means that the carburetor will be tilted. There has been no solution to this problem until now.

I have created a high performance Fiat 850 intake manifold for various Weber carburetors for use in a Fiat 600-based car. I took design inspiration from John Edward's JO/EL Cabeza de Vaca intake. The top is similar to my other intakes, which all come from JO/EL. The outlet is much wider than the Alquati and it is focused directly over the intake runners in the cylinder head (see picture). This supposedly allowed much better air/fuel flow to cylinders 1 and 4.

The mounting flanges are roughly 11mm, the plenum wall is 5mm and it is 79mm tall. The carb mounting holes are 46mm x 93mm and the venturi holes are 36mm - good for the Weber 32/36DVG or the 36DCD, etc. You will need to tap the four holes on top to insert studs or drill them out for bolts.

Print with support enabled. Bear in mind that you will need to do quite a bit of intake porting on your cylinder head. I make no performance or any other guarantees. But I'm going to try it!
