Khay Corning CP06-xx sang FS.com / Panduit

FS doesn't seem to offer a 6 fiber only plate for their FHD enclosures. So I modeled this to be able to grab the connectors and hardware from a Corning CP-06 and transplant it in this plate. You can simply print the “plateonly” modle and mount the connectors in it. If you want the neater “low-profile” connectors just like FS print part 1 and 2 (frontplate & backplate) and assemble using inserts and M3 screws.

I also included a fully blank plate.
